Scheduled Research Services
NRC regularly conducts omnibus surveys as an extremely economical
way to reach a broad market or to ask only a few questions.
NOS
- National Individuals Omnibus Survey Japan's only national,
in-person monthly omnibus survey. Every month we interview a random
sample of 1,200 individuals aged 15 to 79 that is representative
of every region and city size in Japan. All types of questions and
stimulus materials can be included in the interview.
NRC Nationwide Omnibus 2012
Method: self-administered questionnaires (distributed to the respondents’ homes and collected by NRC interviewers). However, face-to-face interviews are conducted when required, e.g. to measure unaided awareness of the brand names.
Survey area: nationwide
Sample: nationally representative 1,200 aged 15-79 years (randomly selected from housing map database)
Sampling method: multi-stratified two stages (region and city size) random
Sampling: 200 sampling points.

Panel Research Services
NRC operates several e-media
panels that offer the cost-effectiveness of pre-recruited respondents
and the flexibility to create custom research.
CyberPanel One of the first panels
of Internet users in Japan, CyberPanel includes 270 thousands of
motivated members and is continuing to grow. Its size makes it suitable
not only for Internet-related research, but also for products and
services widely distributed through traditional channels.
Utilizing the interactive nature of the Internet, NRC has developed
several qualitative-style research methods for use with our CyberPanel.
